Todays walk- Canal from moor street station to Brindley Place in Birmingham afterwards
to Frankfurt Christmas markets in the centre of Birmingham , taking in some Gluwein to
warm us up and some hot food then we visit the various stalls to see all they have on offer.
We end up buying some Stolen and Ginger bread and candies.

Its getting closer only only 5 weeks on Sunday till Christmas. After our Turkey and Tinsal break in Torquay we are looking forward to the christmas meals we are going to have with different groups, do not know how many but it will be more than last year. Had a phone call
today to hear that James wants to spend Christmas Day with us. that we mean a Family Christmas again. Change from last year when we went to Joans funeral on Christmas Eve.
She was planing to join us on boxing day with her family.
We lead a walk last Tuesday along the canals in Birmingham from Digbeth to Salford junction along the birmingham to Fazeley canal then to Star City and back to Birmingham-about 6 miles.
tomorrow we are off to Sutton Park with the Coventry Ramblers havin lunch somewhere.
Next week we are leading a group to Sutton Park again with lunch I hope at the park house
